Admission Procedure

We welcome applications from students who are eager to grow academically and personally in a structured, value-based learning environment. The admission process is simple, transparent, and strictly based on eligibility, merit, and availability of seats.

  • Kindergarten (LKG): Minimum age – 4years as on 1st June of the academic year.
  • Primary to Higher Secondary: Admission to classes I–XII is subject to:
  • Submission of Transfer Certificate from the previous school
  • Submission of report card/progress report
  • Age and class eligibility norms as per school regulations

  • Enquiry & Interaction: Parents can contact the school office via phone, WhatsApp, or in person to know more about seat availability and admission requirements.
  • Application Form: Collect and fill out the admission form from the school office or download from the official communication channel (if available).
  • Submission of Documents:
    Birth Certificate (for KG and Class I)
    Previous school’s Transfer Certificate
    Previous year’s report card
    Aadhar copy of student and parent
    Passport size photographs (student and parents)
  • Student Interaction / Assessment: Depending on the grade, an informal interaction or basic assessment may be conducted to understand the student’s learning level.
  • Confirmation of Admission: After document verification and assessment, admission will be confirmed upon:
    Payment of applicable term fees
    Issuance of admission slip and class allocation

At Best Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we value transparency and ensure a smooth withdrawal process for students leaving the institution. Parents are kindly requested to adhere to the following procedures to obtain a Transfer Certificate (TC):

  • Written Application: A formal written request for withdrawal must be submitted by the parent/guardian to the school office.
  • Notice Period: The application must be submitted on or before 30th April if the student is not continuing into the next academic year.
  • Fee Clearance: All dues including term fees, library dues, and transport charges must be cleared in full before the TC is issued.
  • Mid-Year Withdrawals: If a student is withdrawn during the academic year, the entire term/year fee must be paid irrespective of the date of departure.
  • Issue of TC: The TC will be issued only after:
    Submission of a written request
    Clearance of fees
    Return of library books or school materials (if any)
